About Ms. Espenschied
Hi! My name is Jen Espenschied, and I am a school counselor at Buder Elementary for grades 3-5. I graduated from Lindenwood University with my M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling. Prior to becoming the school counselor at Buder I served Ritenour as a PE teacher starting in the year 2000. It has been an honor serving the Ritenour community since then. I am here so that EVERY student can feel safe, loved, and important and to provide them with the resiliency skills needed to face any challenges they may face throughout their lifetimes.
