Volunteer in Ritenour
Volunteering is a wonderful way to give back to your community and help Ritenour students. Whether it is helping in the library at an elementary school or as a tutor for the Adult Education program, Ritenour offers many ways to get involved. Volunteer opportunities include:
- Volunteer Tutor for Adult Education & Literacy Program
- Office Assistant
- Library Assistant
Process for volunteering in Ritenour:
Volunteers must register with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services using the attached Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services Family Care Safety Registry (FCSR) Worker Registration form. A one-time fee is required at the time of registration. The fee is $14 if registration is submitted online and can be paid by debit or credit card with a convenience fee of $1.25 added for processing the electronic payment. The FCSR registration is for a lifetime, and the registrant must contact the FCSR if their name or contact information changes. Additional instructions can be found on the second page of the form.
Volunteers must also fill out the volunteer application and return it to the school office.
Any person who wishes to volunteer or observe within a school of the Ritenour School District, must complete a volunteer information form. Please contact Jamie Sims for details.
